​I was totally overwhelmed when I started planning our trip to Hawaii. Erin was SO helpful in getting our trip planned and booked, even with short notice. She helped me focus on what was most important to us for our stay, narrowed down our choices (within our price range), and got our flights, hotels, and rental cars booked without issue. This was such a load off my mind and allowed me to actually get excited for the trip itself! We stayed on Oahu (Hilton Waikiki) and Maui (Outrigger Honua Kai), and the resorts were great for our family. Our travel back was interrupted by winter weather, and Erin was on the phone both with me and for me throughout the commute, and before we even got home she had provided the information we needed to file a trip insurance claim.

Erin is my go to for all future vacations and I 1000% recommend! We planned this trip mid last year, it was my husband and I’s first time planning something like this and first time at a all inclusive resort. Erin gave us many options and worked with all of our requests until we picked to go to Punta Cana. Her communication is great both personally and also sending out all information to prepare & for your trip. Of course if your like me and have 100 questions last minute Erin was quick to answer all of them! Can’t wait to plan another vacation in the future!
