How much does it cost to work with you?
My travel planning services are complimentary when you book through me. Travel advisor compensation is already built into the pricing of most vacation packages, so the supplier pays me directly and you don't pay an additional planning fee.
Do I have to know exactly where I want to go?
Absolutely not. You can come to me with a very specific idea or simply tell me what kind of vacation you're looking for. Part of my job is helping you figure out where to go.
What makes working with you different from booking on my own?
When you work with me, you get more than a reservation. I take the time to understand what you're looking for, use my firsthand travel experience to make personalized recommendations and handle the details that can make planning feel overwhelming. You also have someone in your corner before and during your trip.
Do you have firsthand experience with the destinations you recommend?
Yes! I believe firsthand experience matters. I've personally sailed on multiple ships across most major cruise lines, visited more than 20 all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, and visited Disney and Universal extensively. I continue to travel so I can bring current, personal insight to my recommendations.
Can you help me find the best deal?
Yes. I'll help you find the best option for your needs and budget, and I'll also monitor applicable promotions and savings opportunities. The lowest price isn't always the best vacation, though. My goal is to find the best value and right fit for you.
Will you monitor my vacation for a better price or promotion?
When applicable, I'll keep an eye out for promotions or savings opportunities after you book and help determine whether a new offer could benefit your reservation. Policies vary by supplier and booking, but I'll always look for opportunities to maximize the value of your vacation.
Do you only plan Disney vacations?
No. Disney and Universal are important parts of my business, but I also specialize in cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Caribbean vacations, Europe, and many domestic destinations.
Do you only work with clients in North Carolina?
No. I work with travelers throughout the United States!
Can you help me choose between different resorts or cruise lines?
Absolutely. You don't have to come to me knowing exactly what you want. I'll help you compare the options, explain the differences and narrow them down based on your travel style, priorities and budget.
Can you help with flights and transportation?
Depending on the vacation and supplier, I can assist with airfare and other transportation needs. I'll explain what I recommend for your specific trip. For cruises, I can also help coordinate transportation and recommend pre- or post-cruise accommodations when appropriate.
What happens after I submit the planning form?
I'll review your information and reach out to learn more about your trip. From there, we'll begin narrowing down the options and building your vacation.
Can you help if I've already started planning?
Absolutely. If you're stuck between two resorts, unsure which cruise ship to choose or simply want a second opinion, I'd be happy to talk through your options.
How far in advance should I book my vacation?
It depends on the type of trip, destination and time of year. Some vacations are best planned well in advance, while others can be booked closer to departure. I'll help you understand the ideal timing for the trip you have in mind.
Do you help after I book?
Yes. My relationship with my clients doesn't end when the reservation is made. I'll help you prepare for your trip and remain a resource as your travel date approaches.
What if I need to make a change after booking?
I'll help you understand your options and work with the travel supplier to make changes when possible. Policies vary depending on the reservation, so I'll make sure you understand any applicable terms or fees before making changes.
What if something goes wrong while I'm traveling?
I'll be available to provide guidance and help you navigate issues that may arise during your trip. While I can't control the travel supplier or circumstances outside of my control, you won't have to figure everything out on your own.
Do you plan group or special occasion trips?
Yes. I can help plan a variety of vacations, including family trips, couples' getaways, honeymoons, anniversaries, graduations, girls' trips and other milestone celebrations.

When you book with me, you aren't just getting a reservation confirmation,. You get someone who knows the industry, understands the differences between your options, can help you avoid costly mistakes, saves you time and is there to help you before and during your trip. And when you book through me, that service is complimentary.
Can you help me if I’ve already booked my vacation?
In many cases, yes! If you booked within the last 30 days and haven't paid in full, we may be able to transfer your reservation to my agency so I can provide my full planning and support services at no cost to you.
Which destinations do you specialize in?
I specialize in all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, major cruise lines worldwide, and magical Disney and Universal vacations. I also assist with European adventures and many domestic destinations.
Do you only work with luxury travelers?
Not at all. I work with travelers at all budget levels to help them find the best value for their investment. Whether you're looking for a simple getaway or a once-in-a-lifetime luxury experience, I customize the planning to fit your priorities.
